  2. 2Crawl Space InsulationWet or fallen insulation out, new R-19 batts in under the floor.
  3. 3Moisture BarrierHeavy plastic over bare soil keeps ground damp from rising into the belly.
  4. 4Underpinning & SkirtingSkirting panels repaired or replaced, with vents so the crawl space breathes.
  5. 5Leveling, Piers & StabilizersRe-level a settled home, add or repair piers, and bolt on steel stabilizers.
  6. 6Hurricane Anchors & Tie-DownsAnchors and steel straps checked, re-tensioned or added to hold the home down.
  7. 7Soft Floor RepairWater-swollen decking cut out and rebuilt, from inside the home or below.

We were scheduled quickly for the work to be done and it was such an easy experience. Chad made sure that I stayed in the loop for the whole process.   • I had TLC Anchor and Barrier out to do some work on my home. I have to say I will never use another company. They came on time to do the estimate, the owner was very nice and professional. He gave me a very fair price. The date that was scheduled, the team showed up on time and they were all very nice, courteous and worked very hard to make sure the job was completed on the time schedule I was given. Everything was cleaned up after the work was done so I was not left with a mess. I highly recommend this company for work you may need

Choosing the right job

Which job do I need?

Often more than one piece is involved.

The free inspection shows which layers are failing, with photos, so you can decide what to fix.

Can you do several jobs in one visit?

Yes.

When the belly is open we can replace insulation, seal loose ducts and close it back up in the same job.

Do you handle new mobile home installs?

Call and ask. This site covers the repair work under existing homes, which is most of what we do.
