What homeowners say
Great experience with TLC. Chad was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done backed up with pictures . Based on what I heard from other people who needed a vapor barrier, I was expecting the estimate to be an exuberant cost… but to my surprise, it was a very fair estimate.
The crew arrived on the day it was scheduled. They had to leave some parts open due to some plumbing leaks that needed to be fixed. Once those were fixed, Chad came back and completed the job. Not only he so that, he also went out and got a new dryer vent for me and hooked it up with no additional cost.
A fine family company, that I highly recommend .Sharon C.Google review, a year agoRated 5 out of 5 We bought a new house and realized that the vapor barrier underneath was all ripped up after we closed on the house. Also had a very musty smell. We reached out to TLC Anchor and Barrier and they were more than willing to help . Chad and his team really came through their team was exceptional. The vapor barrier job was done, timely, professional, and affordable. They clean up to a tee I am so grateful I called TLC .Most importantly no more MUSTY SMELLS
