Why we take pictures

You see what we see

Most people never look under their own home. That is why we photograph it for you.

On the free inspection we go under, take pictures of what we find and sit down with you to go over them.

When the job is done, you get photos of the finished work too.

Every picture on this page is from our own jobs under manufactured and mobile homes.

I was referred to them by someone in my community. Del Tura. They showed up in time for the quote which was very reasonable. They showed up for the job on time. Everyone was friendly and hard working. They took photos before and after. They did a great job! To say I’m happy and pleased is an understatement!!!

  • Great company and very honest best rates around. Call for a vapor barrier free estimate and owner came out the next day to look at it. He took pictures to show me how looked and that I needed complete rip out and new insulation also. He sat down with me and went over everything that they were going to do and told me everything would be lifted off the ground and all ducts sealed and gave me a reasonable price. They were able to get started the next day and finished in two days. They were very professional made sure everything was cleaned up and put back the way it should be.…

  • I called TLC, Chad came out and gave me an estimate. He took pictures of all the problem areas and gave me two options: I could do a patch job or I could go over the top. I chose to rip it all out and start over. It’s been 2 months now and I am so glad I chose TLC. I can breathe better, my power bill has gone down, my home stays cool now. What a difference. TLC thank you for being honest and explaining everything thoroughly.

  • I had TLC Anchor and Barrier out to do some work on my home. I have to say I will never use another company. They came on time to do the estimate, the owner was very nice and professional. He gave me a very fair price. The date that was scheduled, the team showed up on time and they were all very nice, courteous and worked very hard to make sure the job was completed on the time schedule I was given. Everything was cleaned up after the work was done so I was not left with a mess. I highly recommend this company for work you may need

  • TLC anchor and barrier has taken care of my vapor barrier needs for the past six years. I have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. They will get the job done right at a great price. Professionalism and courtesy to the homeowner are apparent from the start. I highly recommend Chad and his team.
